You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
Under federal law, health care providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for mental health services.
You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of therapy services.
This estimate will be provided in writing at least 1 business day before your first scheduled session (or upon request at any time).
The estimate will include the cost of individual sessions and any other related services you may receive.
Therapy Session: $100 per hour
No-Show or Late Cancellation: $75
A late cancellation or no-show fee is applied when appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This helps maintain scheduling availability for other clients.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute it through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
If you’re planning to work with me as a self-pay client, I’ll provide a Good Faith Estimate before we begin services. You may also request an estimate at any time.
